Prior
to coming to Villanova University, Kathy was engaged in evaluation research and
information systems management in county and state government for more than 20
years. Beginning in Lancaster County, she developed and implemented a citizen
evaluation process, participated in county-wide human services planning, and
designed and implemented an automated client tracking system. In 1978 she moved
to the state level where she conducted and managed evaluation research and
special studies in human service programs, Medicaid programs and various
interagency health and human service projects. In September 1995, she shifted
fields to Higher Education and began working in this office where she is
currently responsible for survey research.
