The
Leadership Certificate Program
This
program is designed to provide a foundation of leadership skills.
Modeled on the Villanova Leadership Development Program, the
series addresses leadership challenges faced today and focuses on
mastery of seven competencies. The
Leadership Certificate Program is intended for managers, supervisors,
and team leaders as well as individual contributors who wish to develop
leadership skills.
The
program consists of seven three-hour units:
Principles and Qualities of Genuine Leadership;
Proactive
Listening; Providing Constructive Feedback; Moving from Conflict to Collaboration; Influencing
for Win-Win Outcomes; Giving Recognition; Developing Others
Upon completion of all seven units, participants will receive a
Certificate of Leadership. CEU's are also available for these training
units.
