Course Description:   Everyone likes recognition - we all want to feel valued and to be reassured that our efforts make a difference.  People typically acknowledge only dramatic, visible accomplishments, but an environment where individuals also recognize small, everyday successes encourages risk-taking and initiative.

In this seminar you will learn how to acknowledge accomplishments in meaningful, appropriate ways, and how to use recognition as a powerful tool for building strong working relationships as well as encouraging others.  You will discover that recognition is everyone's job.

Course Title:  How to Save $1 Million

Presenter:   Kathrina Yost and Sarah Cubbin, Wachovia Bank
Course Description:   A recent survey of more than 2,000 Americans by Wachovia and the Consumer Federation of America found that more than half of Americans (52 percent) say they are not saving adequately.  Seventeen percent say they cannot afford to save a all, while 35 percent say they are saving, but not enough to meet short and long term financial needs.

This seminar will provide you with tips on how you can start saving or save more.  Case studies will be reviewed of individuals who have saved $1 million, plus those who have saved smaller amounts.  You will learn how to set your own savings goals based on what is realistic for you.
